How does pricing work?

We guarantee an increase in your offer, so we only make money if you do. We charge 8% of the increase in total compensation between the initial offer you received and the final offer you’re given.

What if I need help before and beyond the negotiation?

We’re experts in maximizing your offers, which means we’re also experts in selling yourself and making a great impression, so you can ask for high numbers at the negotiation stage. What if I don’t take the final offer?

We believe regardless of the decision you make, what you learn from working with us will give you valuable skills to increase your earning potential throughout your career. Whether or not you take the final offer, our fee remains the same - 8% of the increase in your total compensation package.

I have multiple competing offers. Can you help with all of them? What would it cost?

Amazing! You’re in a best-case negotiation situation. Absolutely, we can help you use competing offers to maximize the offer of your top choice(s) with tact and grace. We’ll charge only 8% of your highest offer increase, so you don’t have to worry about being charged each offer individually.

How fast can we move?

We move as fast as you need to, but keep in mind that delays are helpful, not hurtful, for offer negotiations. You want your future employer to know you are seriously considering the offer, and taking the time you need to do so.
